Difficulty in lifting

hangar door project

Resolution

Hoisting Difficulty

As it is a key project for aircraft hangar doors in Nepal, our company dispatched technical elites to Nepal for technical guidance. Given the high humidity and soft, wet ground in the local environment, large – scale hoisting equipment is unable to operate upon arrival. Therefore, ground hardening has become the top priority in the preliminary work.
The drainage system was improved until it met the construction requirements for ground hardening. According to the geological survey report and the actual on – site humidity conditions, the concrete mix proportion was optimized, facilitating the smooth progress of the project.

Environmental Humidity

The working environment of aircraft hangar doors in Nepal features high humidity, which places extremely high demands on the surface treatment of the doors and components.
To prevent the door sealing plates from rusting before installation, professional engineers from Xufeng Aircraft Hangar Doors used special anti – rust materials and surface treatment techniques to ensure the durability of the door structures in high – humidity environments.
