Solution to the Difficulty of Hoisting the Extra-large XuFeng Airplane Hangar Sliding Doors

First, prepare the lifting site and components. Then, harden the foundation, bring in the crane, and provide technical guidance on the lifting of door leaves so that the basic lifting of sliding doors can be completed.

We usually suggest crane selection to Party A based on factors like the size of the door opening, the size and weight of the single-door leaf lifting unit, the component installation height, and the operating radius. However, you still need to consider the economy and safety of the lifting and make the final crane selection plan.

The soil conditions at the hoisting site were checked and found to have high humidity and water content, which affected the subsequent material stacking and the entry of extensive facilities. The ground was hardened to ensure that it would not affect the smooth progress of subsequent projects. Considering the high humidity in the environment, we prepared corresponding anti-rust and moisture-proof processes for the door sealing plates in advance to ensure the installation was completed and prevent rust and other conditions after use.

During the lifting process, make sure all components, frames, and parts are available in a timely and convenient way. After the ground hardening work is completed, stack the materials on time and on schedule according to the suggestions of the professional technical guidance team we dispatched.

The crane enters the site and connects to the gate through a special clamp. Then, the crane wire rope is connected to the ear hole of the special clamp. Next, place the pulley trolley under the door leaf and door stile, and then slowly lift it. When the door leaf is lifted to two-thirds of the gate, use the trailer to pull the door body into the door garage, and slowly insert the upper part of the door body into the guide space. After the upper side stile of the gate enters the guide rail, the trailer and crane work simultaneously to slowly make the gate vertical. Finally, remove the pulley trolley, and let the door body return to the lower door guide rail.

After the lifting is completed, carry out the wiring according to the electrical design, and install and test the seals according to the construction requirements. After the commissioning is completed, remove all installation facilities and equipment to prepare for the subsequent acceptance work.

Complete the project and clear the construction waste. After cleaning, test the door opening and closing, and check if there are any problems with the electrical circuits. After the test, sign the project acceptance document and acceptance report.
